Our Development Chef Hefin Roberts was at 10 Downing Street yesterday, with the rest of the Culinary Association of Wales (CAW). Hefin has been a member since 2002 and has competed all over the world. Yesterday the team were presenting a canape reception for our Prime Minister and her guests.

Hefin will next be seen at our Spring Exhibition March 7th & 8th, where he’ll be cooking up a storm with fresh fish and steak.
