INGREDIENTS:

3383    Beef Steak Ends
Olive Oil/Butter
Fresh Garlic (Thinly sliced)
22005 Black Truffle Mayonnaise
82186 Truffle Mustard
20472 Button Mushrooms
71773  Planete Pain Sour-dough Baguettes
Rocket
Cherry Vine Tomatoes
60477 Balsamic Dressing

TO ASSEMBLE:
Flash fry steak ends & sliced button mushrooms in oil & butter for 3-4 minutes.
Bake baguette until crisp, cut in half and spread half with truffle mayonnaise and the other with truffle mustard.
Stack ingredients accordingly & drizzle with balsamic dressing.
