INGREDIENTS:
18501 Welsh Salt Beef Brisket Portions
86647 Sauerkraut
43719 Island Sauce (Russian Style Dressing)
8522 Emmental Cheese Block (Grated)
91085 Pickled Gherkins (Sliced into Quarters)
38923 Pitta Breads
8533 Baby Gem Lettuce (Shredded)

METHOD:
> Place raw beef brisket portions in a tray of water and braise in the oven for approx. 2hrs on 180C.
> Drain water and toss meat pieces in cracked pepper and leave to cool
> Slice beef as thinly as possible, almost shaved
> Warm the pitta bread, slice and fill
