The South Wales Awards for Innovation and Excellence in Meat Products were held at the Towers Hotel in Swansea on the 25th March and saw butchers from across the Southern counties enter a range of products. Confirming the Midas touch of Celtic Pride meat and the consistent quality of produce, four awards were handed out including a triplet of golds - For the Speciality Hot Pie award, the Celtic pride steak and ale pie took gold. Our home cured bacon and home cured gammon also achieved gold status, the Celtic Pride steak and kidney pie taking home bronze.
