Congratulations to Dewi Davies (1st image, baseball cap) and Jed Jones (2nd image) who were both finalists in the Welsh Young Butcher of the Year competition held at the Winter Fair in Builth Wells 30th November.

Dewi and Jed are apprentice butchers and are trained internally by Mike Smith, Colin Harries and Steve Williams under the training providers Cambrian Training.
