A big thank you to Head Chef Aaron from the Gazelle Hotel on Anglesey, for sharing the fantastic feedback with us that he had from his diners over the weekend.

The Gazelle are a relatively new customer to us and after a conversation with our Specialist Butchery Rep Iain Miles, Aaron decided to give our steaks and joints a try.
