Congratulations to the team at Celtic Coast Fish for their achievements at the British Fish Craft Championships, which was held at Billingsgate Market, London over the Bank Holiday Weekend.

Taking part were Operations Manager Nick Bryant, as well as our resident Fishmongers Leon Hedges, Barry Field and Nick Cooper.

Nick came 1st in the ‘Dawn Fresh Trout Round’ and ‘Poultry Round’ + came 2nd in the Flatfish competition.
Leon came 1st in the ‘Saucy Fish Co Portion Cut Competition’ and made it to the final of the Fish Craft Challenge.
Barry came 4th at the Fish Craft Challenge
Gary also did extremely well, narrowly missing out on the finals
