To our staff for working tirelessly through the adverse weather conditions, particularly the drivers who did their very best to reach as many customers as possible and our Telesales team who dealt with an increased number of calls, in what was a difficult situation that was beyond our control.

To our customers for being so understanding and supportive when we were not able to reach them due to the treacherous driving conditions – it certainly wasn’t for a lack of trying. Safety is paramount and we have a duty of care to our staff as well as to the public.
