Popcorn Oysters with a Lime and Coriander Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

16727 Menai Oysters
32190 Sosa Airbag Patata

LIME & CORIANDER DIPPING SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
90128 Soy Sauce
1303 Lime Juice
2375 Brown Sugar
14169 Red Chilli
1404 Coriander

METHOD:

– Dip the oysters into plain flour to lightly coat.

– Dip 6 of the oysters, one at a time into the popcorn oysters batter. Shake off excess, then deep fry for 2-3 minutes or until batter is golden brown.

– Transfer cooked oysters to the wire rack to drain.

– Repeat with remaining oysters and batter.

– Serve immediately with the dipping sauce.
