An unbelievably quick and easy recipe that can be made at home or even be showcased on a menu!
Sweet and Sour Sauce
Tilda Egg fried Rice
– In a dry very hot pan scorch the peppers to create a barbecued ,toasted flavour.
– Add the beansprouts and carrots
– Pour in the sweet and sour sauce add the pineapple chunks and stir through.
– Microwave the rice and serve side by side, with a good helping on prawn crackers over the top.
