Truffle Prosciutto & Potato Tapas Platter

 

INGREDIENTS
99821 Villani Crudo Tartuffo
90489 Bannisters Farm Colcannon Mash
29110 Antipasti Olives
15265 Gomo Spiced Tomato Sauce

METHOD
Wrap colcannon mash disks whilst still frozen in a sheet of prosciutto and brush with oil.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Warm sauce up and place on base of plate assemble as per picture.

TIP
Could be used as base for main course dish, also would make a great buffet item.
