Warm Roasted Pear Encased in Truffle Scented Parma Ham with Creamy Truffle Cheese

INGREDIENTS
99821 Villani Crudo Tartuffo
89575 Snowdonia Truffle Trove Cheese
74412 Fresh Pears (tinned pears could be used)
45642 Celtic Preserves Honey Marmalade

METHOD
Cut pear in half and scoop out pips and centre.
Fill centre with a piece of truffle cheese and wrap in the truffle prosciutto.
Brush with marmalade and bake for approx 10 minutes.
To serve, add crumbled cheese and drizzle with more honey marmalade and olive oil.

TIP
Can be prepared in advance in baked to order. Apples would also work well, or even flat field mushrooms. Could be a side garnish to any pork steak/chop style dish.
