Immense congratulations and sincere thanks to Neil Allinson (aka Tumble) on reaching his 40 year work anniversary.

Neil started with us at Castell Howell Farm in Trevaughan on 2nd September 1984, before the company was officially incorporated.

His outstanding contribution in the early formative years of Castell Howell has been truly outstanding, helping place the business on solid foundations allowing the company to
grow and succeed.

For 40 consistent years, Neil has always brought his mischievous personality and sense of humour to work, playing pranks and jokes on almost anyone, making very few exceptions along the way. Neil’s energy and positivity helped the whole workforce through some difficult and stressful early years of establishing the business, making the working environment fun, enjoyable and upbeat.

Most will know Neil for the unique sound of his laugh and endless banter, however we should never underestimate the true commitment and hard work he has given to Castell Howell over 40 years.
