Due to the continued expansion and growth of the business, Castell Howell are currently recruiting multi-drop drivers for our Hirwaun depot. The role of our drivers is to deliver food products in our fleet of modern temperature controlled vehicles to our customers throughout Wales.

Castell Howell drivers offer a high level of customer care and service, have great personal skills and are committed to doing their best for the company and its valued customers. Our delivery drivers are the face of the company, so such skills are crucial to the continued strength and success of the business. Delivery drivers need to be physically fit, reliable, and have basic numeracy and literacy skills to complete the relevant paper work and procedures involved.

These are permanent positions with the salary based on working 45 hours per week, with extra shifts and hours being paid at over time rate.  A full and comprehensive training programme is offered so that prior experience is not essential.

A base salary of £23,751 is offered with bonus incentives (including safe driving) taking the potential salary to £28,080.  Enrolment into the company pension scheme, company mobile phone, fully funded ongoing CPC training, staff purchasing discounts and many other benefits.

£23,751 (£10.15/hr) – £28,080 (£12.00/hr)
