Fry-Up Loaded Doritos

Ingredients

  • Lightly salted Doritos
  • Tin of baked beans
  • 6 rashers of bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 100g of button mushrooms
  • 50g of vine tomatoes

Method

  1. Arrange Doritos in a serving bowl or platter.

  2. Fry the bacon and mushrooms in a little butter and leave to one side. Heat the beans. Fry the eggs.

  3. Pour the beans on first, then pile on the other breakfast ingredients.

  4. Season and tuck in! Serve with tomato and brown sauce for dipping.
