Discover our New Website: Better Features, Bigger Stories

We are delighted to announce the launch of our brand-new website! Designed to better serve our customers, partners, internal teams and those just finding out about us, this platform introduces a host of new features and content, offering a fresh and dynamic way to engage with Castell Howell Foods.

At Castell Howell, we take immense pride in our journey, from humble beginnings to becoming a key player in the wholesale food and delivery sector. While we’re synonymous with Welsh business, many may not realize the breadth of services and products we offer across multiple sectors. Our new website is a step forward in telling that story and connecting more deeply with our audience.

Via a new website we’ve been able to deliver a website focused on telling this story more effectively. With dedicated pages to our services, product ranges and the sectors we cater to we’re able to better showcase exactly how we help our customers ‘make good food happen’, while a historical timeline and other company information showcases our incredible growth over the years.

For our existing users, popular features like digital catalogues, the online portal, and exclusive offers remain easily accessible. However, visitors will also find a wealth of enhancements, including improved performance, streamlined usability, and over 150 new pages of engaging content to explore.

This project was brought to life in collaboration with Swansea-based web and video production studio, Four Waves Media, who helped create videos and photography to best communicate all of this both on the site and beyond. Our new brand story stars our founder Brian Jones on the Castell Howell farm where our journey begins, and features various sizes of our famous trucks, beautifully filmed on location in our scenic Welsh countryside. Plus our new ‘supplier stories’ feature, shot across the country, showcases the incredible local producers you gain access to by becoming part of the Castell Howell family; it’s truly an inspiration and a highly recommended watch.
