Head of HR Achieves Chartered Fellow Status with the CIPD

We're proud to announce that Gayle Budden, Head of HR, has been awarded the prestigious Chartered Fellow status by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the professional body for HR and people development.

This significant achievement recognises Gayle’s outstanding contribution to the field of human resources, her strategic leadership, and her commitment to driving positive change within Castell Howell and the wider industry. Chartered Fellow is the highest level of CIPD professional membership and is awarded to individuals who demonstrate sustained impact and influence at a senior level.

Gayle has been a driving force behind our progressive people strategy, fostering a culture built on integrity, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping a supportive workplace where people thrive and business goals are achieved through collaborative, values-led practices.
