Office Administrator


We currently have the above vacancy based at Celtic Coast Fish Company, Pontyclun.

The hours of work are 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Senior Management team with their emails, calls and diaries
  • To be the first point of contact for incoming calls
  • To process sales orders using Sage 50
  • To support the Production team in obtaining relevant product information/ specifications
  • Incoming and outgoing post
  • General support to all areas of the business as required
  • Compliance to all the Company Policies

The job will also include all other reasonable related and administrative duties / tasks as may be required from time to time.


You will be required to undergo any training requirements to enable you to carry out the above tasks safely, efficiently and skilfully.
