Office Administrator
Introduction:
We currently have the above vacancy based at Celtic Coast Fish Company, Pontyclun.
The hours of work are 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Management team with their emails, calls and diaries
- To be the first point of contact for incoming calls
- To process sales orders using Sage 50
- To support the Production team in obtaining relevant product information/ specifications
- Incoming and outgoing post
- General support to all areas of the business as required
- Compliance to all the Company Policies
The job will also include all other reasonable related and administrative duties / tasks as may be required from time to time.
Training:
You will be required to undergo any training requirements to enable you to carry out the above tasks safely, efficiently and skilfully.
