Butchery Apprentices Continue to Shine

It’s been a busy couple of weeks for our team of butchery apprentices as they continue to develop their industry skills and knowledge.

A visit to a farmer supplier – Hill Farm in Dale, saw Gareth Evans of our premium Welsh beef brand Celtic Pride Ltd explain the importance of good animal husbandry.

This was followed by a perspective session by our Development Chef Stewart Williams, where he explained the importance of accuracy in the cutting and how chefs need the correct understanding of how each cut should be cooked.
