Bank Holiday weekend sees the return of the Really Wild Festival in St Davids. Our very own ‘Gordon Ramsey’, Anthony Evans will be cooking up a storm with his welsh & wild inspired dish.

Before joining Castell Howell, Anthony worked as a chef in some of the finest restaurants in the world. He’s a lively and entertaining chef and had his own TV cookery series, ‘Stwffio’ on S4C, as well programmes such as ‘Ant ac Al ar y ffordd’ and ‘Retro’ just to name a few.

Now at Castell Howell, Anthony is a key area sales manager and he thrives on selling food, just as much as he loves to cook it.
