Arabiatta Chicken with Roasted Antipasti

INGREDIENTS

56379 Villani Mediteranean Anti Pasti Pack
29344 Skinless & Boneless Chicken Thighs
99224 Gomo Chargrilled Courgettes in Oil
15265 Gomo Spiced Tomato Sauce
19902 Dried Spaghetti
82390 Imaginative Cuisine Chilli Pepper Garnish Oil

METHOD
– Season chicken thighs and wrap in spicy anti-pasti meat. Bake for 15 minutes, keeping chicken moist and crisping the antipasti until the fat runs out
– Boil pasta, warm up sauce and courgettes and serve as for picture
– Dress with chilli oil

TIP
Cod loin could be used instead of chicken or use any pasta. Would be ideal for restaurant presentation or buffet/ canteen style.
