Castell Howell recognises that without its dedicated and committed employees, the company would not be where it is today.

Several of our colleagues have reached 5 years including Peter Hunt, Steffan Owen, Natalie Aitken and Mel Davies in the Sales Team. Luke Harris, our Group Asset & Maintenance Manager, Joey Morgan who works in Celtic Coast Fish in Pontyclun, Mark Witcher, who is one of our Drivers in Merthyr, Liam Harris, who works in the Warehouse and Mathew Davies who works on Nights in the stores.

Steve Dennis, our Senior Supplier Pricing Analyst in BSA, Anthony Williams who works on the yard and Alex Williams in Distribution, all have reached the 10-year milestone.

Serah Thomas in the Sales Team and Jennifer Jones in Telesales have both worked for Castell Howell for 15 years, whilst Dennis James in our Warehouse, Chris Hopkins in Celtica and Stephen Tyler in our Avonmouth depot have both reached the monumental 20-year milestone.

25 years of service has been reached by warehouse duo Edward Griffiths  and Martin Thomas, however the biggest mention goes to David ‘Dai Abs’ Williams on reaching the huge milestone of 30 years.

This year, our Cash & Carry in Carmarthen is celebrating its 25th anniversary. With this, we give a special mention to the longest serving members of staff: Store Manager Eirian Thomas – 25 years, Butcher Phil Thomas and Driver Chris Mason – 24 years. Picker Rob Holt, Driver Phil Roberts and Butcher Keith Davies – 22 years and Cashier Fiona Davies has reached 20 years of service.
