Helen Jones’ Royal Appointment
Huge congratulations to Helen Jones, wife of our Founder Brian, on her appointment as High Sheriff of Dyfed. Helen’s exemplary dedication to community and charitable work will serve her well in this independent non-political Royal appointment.
High Sheriff’s actively lend support and encouragement to crime prevention agencies, emergency services and to voluntary sectors.
Helen thanked the outgoing Sheriff Meurig Raymond CBE DL for his outstanding contribution and service to Dyfed over the past year. Helen also gave thanks to everyone who gave up their time to share her special day including mentions for Meinir Richards for orchestrating the musical items and to Ffion Haf for filling the chapel with song.
We’re looking forward to following Helen’s great community work in the year ahead.
