Duck and Plum Sauce Sourdough Wraps
INGREDIENTS:
11336 Duck Breasts (2)
26181 Sourdough Wraps (4)
75074 Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce (4 TBSP)
5818 Iceberg Lettuce (shredded 25g)
1404 Fresh Coriander (sectioned 10g)
METHOD:
>Coat the duck breasts in plum sauce and place onto a baking sheet and bake at 180°C/Gas Mark 4, for 15 minutes or until cooked. (ensure the skin is crispy).
>Spread Plum Sauce over the wraps and divide the lettuce and coriander evenly.
>Cut the duck breasts into thin slices and place over the lettuce and roll up tightly.
