Monkfish Tikka & Garlic Naan Wraps

> Any dense white fish or scallops can be used. Ideal as a starter portion or a buffet option.

INGREDIENTS:
77670 Skinless & Boneless Monkfish 250g (cut into chunks)
8030 Natural Yogurt (4 tablespoons)
5799 Garlic Butter
1404 Coriander Leaves (thinly sliced)
6055 Tikka Masala Paste (2 tablespoons)
73722 Small Naan Bread
90274 Red Onion

METHOD:
> Mix the Tikka Paste and Natural Yogurt together
> Marinate pieces of Monkfish in the Tikka marinade overnight
> Bake the Monkfish on the highest setting until slightly charred, or cook on chargrill if available
> Brush the Naan with garlic butter and warm through under the grill
> Assemble the Naan with mint mayo/dressing. Add the roasted Monkfish and fold over
